As a Patient Coordinator, Dawn is the one who makes sure that everything runs smoothly for each patient's surgery, from pre-op discussions to post-op follow-ups. She has worked with Dr. Klein since 1996 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dawn ensures that each patient understands the process they will be undergoing and is clear about the follow-up care that needs to be taken. Many patients have commented on how relaxed she makes them feel and her knowledge and engaging personality gives them a sense of confidence.

Dr. Norma joined Dr. Jeffrey Klein's practice in 1994 after completing her dermatologic training and completing a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Loma Linda University. She also studied the art of Tumescent Liposuction under Dr. Klein and trained at the Beckman Laser Institute on the latest laser technology.

Although she performs a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Norma's expertise lies in Mohs Micrographic Surgery which is a precise technique for the removal of skin cancers followed by the cosmetic repair of the surgical would. She also specializes in Tumescent Liposuction and has performed more than 3,000 surgeries to date.

Being a woman, she understands the challenges that women face as they enter pre-menopausal stages where their faces and bodies change with time and hormonal fluctuations. In this regard, she prefers using non-invasive techniques such as the IPL (Intense Pulse Light) and Fractional Lasers as well as Restylane and Juvederm to minimize the appearance of fine lines and restore volume that is lost with age. She certainly has the experience and an eye for beauty which are necessary to achieve natural and age-appropriate results for facial rejuvenation and body sculpting.
